This week we welcomed Luke Cavanagh-Shaddock, lead Veterinary nurse for the Clifton Villa Veterinary surgery as part of our Future Ready programme. Luke spoke to a packed room of our girls about his role as a Vet Nurse, what a typical day looks like in his role, his career journey, and how rewarding the work is. He even brought in some large cuddly teddy dogs to show the girls how to properly bandage and treat a patient, with the girls getting to have a go too! Thank you, Luke, for coming in to inspire our potential future vet nurses!
