We are so proud of alumna Lottie who is one of five young chefs to reach the final of the South West Chef of the Year competition. Michelin starred chef Michael Caines was among those judging the Semi-Final for which Lottie prepared a starter of venison carpaccio with blackberry coulis, blackberries, parsnip purée and parsnip crisps followed by a main course of Pan fried Hake with pomme purée, tenderstem, parsley and buttermilk split sauce. We send Lottie all our best as she heads for the final in Exeter later this month.
