This week we celebrated International Day of the Girl! At Truro High School, we celebrate girls every day of the week, providing an inspirational award-winning learning environment for girls aged 4-18, with unparalleled opportunities, ensuring those who study with us have the tools they need to truly thrive.
Organised by UNICEF, International Day of the Girl is observed annually and used as a global platform to advocate for the full spectrum of girls’ rights. To mark the occasion, students took part in activities around the school from discussing the many challenges faced by girls growing up in different parts of the world to taking a few moments to be mindful of the opportunities we enjoy that others are not lucky enough to share.
