Truro High School Alumni, Rebe Winn, having gone on to train at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, is now a London-based vegan chef. She has worked as a retreat chef, taking her to Montenegro, South Africa, and Spain, and also worked across London at 26 Grains, Oru Space and as a freelance chef for corporate catering and private households.

On the 27 January, she is bringing her popular Supper Club evening to The Exchange in Penzance. Rebe grew up inspired by the world-class food scene in Cornwall. She is passionate about showcasing fresh produce, locality and seasonality, and that is why she loves Supper Club!

Join her for a plant based Veganuary feast of seasonal, local produce highlighting the delicious possibilities of fruits and vegetables. The evening will include a 3-course meal featuring some of Rebe’s favourite ingredients and techniques, showcasing the goodness in fresh produce.

£40 per person.
