On Friday night, we held our highly anticipated Great Gatsby Summer Ball – and what a night it was!
Our stunning marquee was beautifully transformed into a dazzling scene straight out of the roaring 1920s, setting the stage for a magical evening. Year 12-13 students, parents, and staff enjoyed a night of glamour, celebration and dancing.
Guests enjoyed fantastic live music from a talented band all the way from Manchester, delicious food, a fun pick-and-mix station, and a lovely bar serving refreshing summer drinks - including cocktails from Tarquins and cider from St Ives. One of the highlights from the evening was our raffle, which features a fabulous Gucci necklace generously donated by Michael spires!
It was wonderful to see the Truro High community come together to celebrate the end of the 2024/25 academic year. A special mention goes to our Year 13s, who truly made the most of their final ball before heading off on exciting new adventures this September.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped organise such a memorable night for all.
