Congratulations to our GCSE Class of 2025 who received their amazing results this morning!

Today is about celebrating all you’ve achieved and your journey along the way.

A parent shared: “We will champion the school forever more. It’s been a fantastic place and given such a great education to all four of our girls. We’re hugely grateful.”

It was also wonderful to hear from some of our girls reflecting on their time at Truro High: “I had such a great time at Truro High School and have made friends for life.”

“I have had such a lovely time at Truro High and could not have achieved these results without the amazing support from the teachers.”

"We are overjoyed by the fantastic grades attained by the students at THS today, which were a result of our students working brilliantly in partnership with their teachers. From the student who attained 10 GCSE results at grade 9, to the students who through resilient and diligent determination raised their grades steadily to attain phenomenal personal outcomes, we are delighted for each and every one of them. We are immensely proud not only their examination results today, but of everything else they achieve - from tremendous success in Sport, to incredible performances in our annual Dance Show and playing live music in rock bands! They are a cohort where over 95% folllowed the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme and some have even started their own successful business alongside their GCSEs! Their results are as brilliant as their wonderful character and we could not be more proud of them." Sarah Mathews, Headmistress
