Last Friday night saw us host our first ever Michaelmas Ball in aid of the Truro High Foundation.
We were delighted to welcome alumnae, parents and friends of Truro High to the beautiful Alverton Hotel, and it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces, both new and old, for an incredible evening of food, music and dancing to kick off the festive season.
The event was the first of its kind that we have held in aid of our school's charitable Foundation, which we launched earlier this year. The Foundation is in part a new platform for alumnae and friends of the school to connect with their old classmates and friends, and is also designed to raise funds to enable more girls to reap the benefits a Truro High education can offer.
Thank you so much to each and every one of you who came, and a big thank you to The Alverton and Michael Spiers Jewellers for donating some exquisite prizes to our fundraising raffle.
We hope you all had a wonderful night and we can't wait to welcome you all to the next one.
