The Event: The Truro High School Summer Ball
The Date: Friday 30 June 2023
The Opportunity:
This is your chance to be a part of the Truro High School “City of Stars” Summer Ball taking place on the lawns at this historic girls’ school in the heart of Cornwall.
The event will be set in a series of beautiful marquees set on the school’s lawns, which boast superb views of Truro Cathedral.
250+ guests will attend the ball including our older pupils, alumnae and a mixture of parents from across the Prep and Senior schools.
The Packages:
Gold – Key Sponsor – A bespoke package to put your business front and centre with our audience. We will work with you to create a product tailored just for you, designed to produce the best return on investment for your audience. In addition, gold sponsors will also receive all the benefits of our Silver package with their companies guaranteed to always feature . Total cost £1000.
Silver - Event sponsor - 12 weeks’ worth of advertising to our entire school community through our newsletter – the go-to source of information for parents and many grandparents as well as students and staff. 100-150 words per week plus photo and logo. You can use the same advert every week or can change as often as you like within the 12 week run. Equivalent to £25 per week. Your logo will also be included on a supporters’ banner at the Ball and we will also promote you through our social media streams. Total cost £300. This is our most popular sponsorship package
Bronze - ‘Helpers in Kind’: You may be a florist who could assist us with flowers, a garden centre who could loan us plants for our display, an entertainer who can join us on the night. The opportunities to get involved are wide and varied. If you think you can help, we would love to hear from you. All those involved will receive promotion through the school weekly newsletters, our social media streams and will feature on a banner at the event as having provided invaluable support.
